Key responsibilities
The Global brand and proposition Manager, will be responsible for the acquisition of major global brands and shaping our proposition to cater to their unique needs. You will play a pivotal role in defining our brand strategy, ensuring that it aligns with market trends and merchant feedback. As part of the proposistion you will also build relationships with new serivice providers to srengthen our partnership offering This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand acquisition, market analysis, and proposition development.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
1. Brand Acquisition:
- Identify and target the biggest global brands for potential partnerships.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in target brands
2. Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive
landscape. - Gather and analyse market feedback to understand customer needs and expectations.
3. Relationship Management
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with global brands, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
4. Proposition Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine our brand proposition, ensuring it aligns with the
needs of global brands. - Develop innovative and tailored propositions that resonate with potential partners and differentiate us in the
market. - Build new relationships and sign aligned service partners.
5. Business Influence:
- Effectively communicate market insights and feedback to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions and
changes in our proposition. - Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to implement necessary changes and
improvements.
