Join us as a Pricing Assistant and you’ll be a big part of this.
Key responsibilities
Role Purpose: Accurately load retail price changes and promotions in line with the operational plan. Seek to constantly reduce pricing and promotional errors which impact colleagues and customers.
Here’s a summary of the key accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Retail Price Changes: Process and execute price changes accurately, ensuring they are audit-able and traceable.
- Communication: Inform stakeholders about retail price activities via appropriate channels.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve retail price and promotional issues, flagging them to relevant colleagues and suggesting improvements.
- Promotion Management: Load and test promotions, ensuring they are audit-able and traceable.
- Expertise Development: Become a subject matter expert on retail price changes and promotions.
- Documentation: Update the Omni Pricing Bible and set up Ecrebo Promotions.
- Testing: Conduct UAT testing on new systems.
Required skills & experience
Required skills and experience:
- Data Administration Experience: Proven experience in a data administration role within a large, customer-focused organization.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in Excel (intermediate level), SAP, and PMR (beneficial but not essential).
- Communication Skills: Able to communicate and escalate issues factually and objectively, constantly seeking resolutions.
- Customer Focus: Understands and proactively meets the needs of internal and external customers.
- Planning & Prioritization: Excellent skills in planning and prioritizing workload.
