Team Leader - Express format
Full time or Part time/Jobshare - 36.75 hours per week
Permanent Contract
Shifts available Monday - Sunday - 7.00am - 10.00pm
Up to 28,243* (Inclusive of a £2,044 per annum, store specific location allowance)

Key responsibilities
By listening to your customers, taking on their feedback and making sure your team is driven by the same purpose, we can continue to grow and provide the very best service or digital solution for customers projects from kitchens and bathrooms to building a house. You’ll motivate, develop and support your team to work together to better represent your diverse customers and communities.
Required skills & experience
With bags of retail and sales experience and the ability to really get the best out of people, you’ll feel right at home with us. You’re a brilliant problem solver – comfortable making decisions quickly and putting them into action to help customers with their biggest home improvement projects & installation options. Positive and curious, you’re full of ideas and you’ll be happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working. And you’re flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
